Renowned venues such as Stade de France, Stade Yves du Manoir, Parc des Princes, and the Eiffel Tower will once again witness historic moments, connecting the present with the legacies of the 1900 and 1924 Olympics.

Paris Region is committed to creating a high-performance, environmentally friendly transportation system for the 2024 Games. A remarkable 100% of competition sites will be accessible by public transport, with a maximum distance of 400 meters to a metro station from anywhere in Paris. The Grand Paris Express, a colossal low-carbon infrastructure project, will transform the Region for decades, with the first section, Line 15 sud, set to open in time for the Olympic Games. The extension of Metro Line 14 to serve Paris-Orly airport reflects a commitment to convenient and sustainable transport solutions.

In addition to these developments, 185 km of lanes in Paris Region will be reserved for clean vehicles, supported by state financial aid. An improved Paris bicycle plan includes the addition of 30 km of new cycle paths, providing eco-friendly alternatives for residents and visitors alike. Furthermore, 3,000 additional Vélib' bicycles will be available during the Games, promoting sustainable and healthy mobility.
