Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (SQY) has embarked on a comprehensive study for the redevelopment of the city centre, which was designed in the eighties and is home to some key facilities including the station, the theatre, the shopping centre, the university and the Olympic national velodrome site. It is also the main business centre of SQY with more than 40,000 jobs. Commercial real estate operators started a transformation a few years ago with refurbishments, conversions, renovations and demolition-rebuilds. The transformed buildings provide occupiers with modern attractive workspace as well as contributing to the regeneration of this strategic sector.
