A meaningful tower – A meaningful shift. That is HOPEN’s ambition. The reinvention of this established landmark signals a new dynamic for Paris la Défense, one of hope for a better world, more sustainable and socially engaged. At its core is the desire to open up, to offer a new type of office building not only to its users but to the city’s inhabitants.
With 4,800 sqm open to the public, a panoramic rooftop, 2 food courts and 7,400 sqm of services, HOPEN aims to create new ties and reconnect Paris La Défense to its local residents, its users and its partners.
HOPEN foresees the workplace as one that fosters inclusivity and solidarity. By making 1,400 sqm of the renovated tower available to charitable activities and cultural projects, HOPEN lays the groundwork for long term social and sustainable commitments.
At the heart of this socially innovative project is a team of award-winning consultants brought together by Primonial REIM France featuring architect Ateliers 2/3/4, development manager ORFEO and interior designer CHZON, as well as Interface Conseil advising on the building’s mixed use programme and BETC Places on communication.
